The GDome, each one individually moulded from a block of perspex, pushes the waterline away from the lens and creates a space that allows you to capture the split in the waterline with ease, avoiding distortion from refraction.
The owner of this product needed a sequence of videos for solcial media, detailing the assembly of the GoDome housing, and a simple visualisation of what this product offers.
I created the dome, and animated the assembly in 3d, then comped in additional elements in After Effects to highlight the edges, added video, colour graded, and then animated the swimming character.
